Photo Retouch Modern Effect

Here is another Photo Effect for you, hopefully this will be your desire effect. You can make your photo a Modern Look.

1. Take new file and put your picture in it, I’m using a Model Picture:

2. Press CTRL+J to duplicate it and go to Filter >> Distort >> Diffuse Glow and apply these setting:

This kind of effect should come:

3. Now go to Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur and apply these setting:

4. After that press Ctrl+F three times to repeat last effect. This kind of effect should come:

5. Now go to Image >> Adjustment >> Brightness/Contrast and give these setting:

6. From Layer Panel change the blending mode from Normal to Hardlight, pick Eraser tool  with soft edges and then erase the face area:

7. Marge all layers. Now its time to give Color Tone, press Ctrl+B (Image >> Adjustments >> Color Balance) and give these settings:

8. Press Crtl+J to duplicate it and go to Filter >> Blur >> Motion blur, give these settings:

This kind of effect should come:

9. Now again erase the face area by using Eraser tool with soft edges to show Face Clearly:

Now see the difference between your original Picture and the effect given:
